Truckers Union Today…

When you walk through the doors of Truckers Union, you can feel it: the energy, the warmth, the groove. There’s something soulful about this space that makes you slow down, breathe deep, and feel instantly at home. For Kristi, the woman now at the helm of Truckers Union, it isn’t just a shop. It’s a calling, a continuation of a legacy, and a chance to create something that invites and inspires.

After 19 years as a nurse, Kristi knew her soul craved something different: a place rooted in community, creativity, and connection. So when the universe presented Truckers Union, she went all in with gratitude and a vision.

Her version of the shop? Groovy. Soulful. Time-warped. A little funky, a little weird, always welcoming. She’s here to keep the energy alive while adding her own touch.

Truckers Union is a reflection of Kristi’s life philosophy: resilient, open-hearted, and inclusive. Having faced challenges from a young age—including becoming a mother at fifteen—she learned early on that adversity can reveal hidden strength. That resilience now fuels her desire to shape a space where people from all walks of life feel at home.

Today, she sees herself as a vessel—continuing the energy of this place while adding her own flair. That means keeping the shelves funky and eclectic, carrying the “goofiest, weirdest shit you can find,” and creating an atmosphere where creativity abounds and each corner offers a unique inspiration. Whether you’re here for CBD, a new piece of glass, or just to soak in the vibe, the goal is that you always leave feeling lighter.

But her vision doesn’t stop at retail. Beyond the shelves, Kristi sees Truckers Union as a hub for healing and connection. She’s an explorer of holistic practices—Reiki, yoga, and restorative modalities—that align with the shop’s energy and her own path. For her, it’s all about balance: honoring the old, embracing the new, and holding space for growth.

Resilient, open-hearted, and endlessly curious, she’s walked a path that taught her to embrace change, trust her instincts, and keep moving forward no matter what. And that energy is now woven into the spirit of Truckers Union.

As Kristi says: “It’s an honor and a blessing to continue this. I just want people to walk in and feel good—like this is their space.”

Enjoying the ride, and what a long strange trip it’s been!

Keep on truckin’!
